There are many many great exercise websites on the worldwide web, I am sure. I am only human. I don't know everything there is to know about exercise, and I have definitely NOT visited every website dedictated to health, exercise, and fitness...and never will, I guess. However, here are three exercise websites that I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the topic.

Thanks to the army, when it comes to exercise, low-tech, bodyweight exercises appeal to me.
