The 3 Best Exercise Websites
By Donovan

.
There are many many great exercise websites out there, I am sure.
I am only human. I don't know everything there is
to know about exercise, and I have definitely NOT visited every
exercise dedictated to health and fitness, and never will, I guess.
However, below are three exercise websites that I would
definitely recommend to anyone interested in the topic.
#1: Bodyweight
Exercise Revolution
When it comes to exercise, I like low-tech. This generally
means bodyweight exercises (think push-ups and sit ups).
However, most people do not have a wide range of
understanding about what can be accomplished with these types of
exercises, nor are they aware about how many such exercises, and
variations, can be used to create personal health and fitness.
Ryan Murdock and Adam Steer have put together an in-depth set of
training materials which can take the ordinary person from
less-than-ordinary fitness to superlative fitness. Who are
Ryan and Adam? They are fitness trainers who specialize in
bodyweight exercises that 99.9% of other trainers have never even heard
of. Their clients fly them all over North America, Europe and
Asia because their stuff burns fat and builds muscle so fast. Ryan and
Adam are their secret weapons in the fight against fat and aging!
Best of all, since anyone can benefit from their great training
materials without actually having to hire them, I put Bodyweight
Exercise Revolution as my choice for the #1 exercise website.
#2: TACFIT Commando Bodyweight
Training
Real life go-to guys and gals, like Navy SEALs, and other Special Ops
types really depend on bodyweight exercises to give them the edge they
need for the demands they face. I spent 21 years in the army
myself, and the regular physical triaining sessions which kept me in
excellent condition had nothing to do with equipment such as free
weights or exercise machines.
In the TACFIT Commando program, "Coach” Scott Sonnon uses
tactics and training techniques based on actual programs being used
right now to train Israeli counter-terrorism personnel, SEALs and
secret service, other American special ops personnel, bodyguards to the
Italian Prime Minister, US federal agents, firemen, law enforcement
agencies and MMA fighters.
I have to say that TACFIT
Commando is presently my #2 pick for the best
exercise website. Why #2 and NOT #1? Well, it is
pretty highly specialized, and I am trying to pick for the public.
If I was making a list for the SpecOps folks, I would
probably put it at #1.
#3: Fitness-eBooks.com
I have often used comments and articles by site owner Nils Nilsson.
I really like his no-nonsense approach to physical fitness
and training.
So, who is Nils Nilsson?
Well, he has a degree in Physical Education and Psychology and has been
innovating new training techniques for more than 18 years. He is the
author of a number of bodybuilding books including "Muscle Explosion!
28 Days To Maximum Mass", "Metabolic Surge - Rapid Fat Loss," "The Best
Exercises You've Never Heard Of," "Gluteus to the Maximus - Build a
Bigger Butt NOW!" and "The Best Abdominal Exercises You've Never Heard
Of", all designed to maximize the results you get for the hard work you
put into your training.
Now, while the first two do a little more hand-holding and maybe
provide a bit more guidance, Nils tends to give you the information you
need to get physically fit and put the rest in your hands.
It's because of that reliance on YOUR willingness to take charge that I
put Fitness-eBooks.com as my choice for the #3 exercise website.
