Have you ever looked in the mirror and said, "I want to get thin"?
What did you do about it?
Did you spend a few hours, or maybe a few days, thinking about that desire, only to have it fade away without ever actually doing anything to burn fat and lose weight?
I understand that keeping weight loss motivation at a high level can be difficult, not to mention doing the work involved.
However, if you are someone who is saying, "I want to get thin", you will have to not only make a commitment at the start of your weight loss program, but reaffirm that committment each and every day.
You, are human, and you will have "off" days and life will intrude, but, if you want to lose weight to get healthy and happy, and probably live longer, it's what you do over the long term that matters, not the "oops" that happened yesterday...or even two hours ago.
Beyond the motivation and commitment, however, there is the cold, hard reality of regular exercise. You have to be ready and willing to work out, even when you're not...well...willing!
In addition to regular exercise, you need a good plan of nutrition, regular physical exercise, and, unless you are already an expert, a fitness trainer.
Hold on! you don't have to pay out big bucks to get thin.
A few simple pieces of exercise equipment, such as dumbbells or resistance bands, and a copy of "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle", by fitness trainer Tom Venuto, are all you need to get started. If you don't want to spring for all that at first, stick with some simple bodyweight exercises, such as the Animal Kingdom Workou, or get Tom's free workout course Superset Workouts or check out the Dumbbell Routines and Exercises eBook.
