2 Simple Weigth Loss Tips
If you want to get down to it, this is an easy article to write.
In almost every article of mine on weigth loss, I have pointed out the importance of two simple steps to permanent, healthy weight loss.
So, one more time, here are my 2 simple weigth loss tips.
First, get more exercise.
You knew that was coming, right?
After all, you're NOT dumb. There's probably not an adult human around who does NOT know that regular moderate exercise is not only the key to health and longevity, but probably the most important factor in any weight loss program.
Second, eat sensibly.
Don't look at me like that!
You know how to eat sensibly.
Apples instead of apple pie, for example. If you must have ice cream (substitute your particular carb craving weakness for "ice cream"), look at the label and actually eat the suggested serving...NOT the entire package (which for ice cream often contains four or more servings).
You see, medical research proved long ago that if you take in more than you burn, in terms of calories, you gain weight. If you burn more than you take in, you LOSE WEIGHT!
Simple, eh?
However, this is the place and the time of the fast buck and the "I want it now" lifestyle. People look for shortcuts and find things that
look like shortcuts. Unfortunately, even when they find legitimate helpers for the actual process, they tend to claim that
their "shortcut" is the only path.
Don't be led astray.
The 2 simple weigth loss tips are:
1. Get more exercise
2. Eat sensibly
Notice I did NOT say to try to kill yourself with your exercise
routine, nor did I say never eat things you like.
You can eat almost anything you want if you eat a sensibly sized
portion and exercise regularly.
There you have it, 2 simple weigth loss tips your doctor would be proud
of!
