Review: Off the Floor - A Manual for Deadlift Domination - Power Lift Training Guide
By Donovan Baldwin

When it comes to pure strength and power, the deadlift has to be the exercise that most people think of.

Except for the fact that it is done with weights that could crush an ordinary human, it seems at first glance to be an easy exercise to master.

Not so, little grasshopper!

In many ways, this simple movement can be very difficult to learn to perform properly, and training for the deadlift is crucial to proper execution, lifting maximum weight, and doing it all without injury.

I almost feel like Maxwell Smart (...from the TV show "Get Smart") when I ask the next question:

Would you believe that a skinny computer nerd from Minnesota has not only figured out how to master the deadlift, but, has actually put it all together in a power lift training guide about his technique?

David Dellanave doing deadlift with one handHis name is David Dellanave, and, until a few years ago, he never would have thought of himself as being a noted power lifter, much less training other people how to do the deadlift most effectively. But, things change, and, one day, it all came together.

Now, as an Irish singer once put it, David became an "overnight sensation" only after years of work....and failure!

Over the years he had tried every trick in the book to improve his deadlift.

He tried more sets, fewer sets, more weight, less weight, lifting for perfect form....nothing seemed to work. He even tried several training resources that were popular with power lifters, such as Westside Barbell's well known system. Heck, he even tried to get guidance from a famous Russian power lifting coach.

However, nothing really improved his deadlift performance.

Then one day, after years of failure, he put it all together and started making the gains he had longed for so long. He didn't just improve his deadlift by a few pounds, either.

Nope! David Dallanave took his personal deadlift from 245 pounds to 605 pounds, and, in the process, became a world class deadlift record holder in his weight class.

He accomplished all this using his own system, which he has put into a power lift training guide called "Off the Floor: A Manual for Deadlift Domination", which is all natural (no steroids), and, which seemed to work "almost overnight".

This might not be such a big deal if David had done it and then claimed that it was the greatest power lift training method since the days of Eugen Sandow, but, David has been able to duplicate his results with many others who, like him, had been stuck pretty far down on the deadlift performance range.

Believe it or not, David, and his students, have been able to achieve such massively improved deadlift results through a non-physical training technique...biofeedback.

David describes the accuracy and efficacy of the methods in his power lift training guide, "Off the Floor: A Manual for Deadlift Domination", to being a bit like the character Neo, in the movie, "The Matrix". It gives him amazingly accurate insight into what is happening to his body, and what he needs to do next to achieve his goals.

To the best of my knowledge, "Off the Floor: A Manual for Deadlift Domination", by David Dellanave, is only available as a downloadable ebook. However, this means that it, and all its contents, can be in your hands in minutes. David also offers several bonus training resources, which, together with the power lift training guide itself, are valued at over $850.

David's price for the entire package, "Off the Floor: A Manual for Deadlift Domination", plus nine bonuses, with a money-back guarantee, only costs a one time payment of $99
