Are you too skinny to gain muscle mass? You may be a hardgainer.
In the world of bodybuilding, a "hardgainer" is someone who is naturally very slender, and, has an extremely difficult time gaining weight of any kind. Because of this, why would a hardgainer listen to someone who gains muscle easily? Anthony Ellis explains.

In reviewing The Hardgainer's Step-by-Step Guide to Building Muscle Mass I would like to answer three questions:
1. Among bodybuilders, what is a "hardgainer"?
2. Who is Anthony Ellis and why does his opinion matter?
3. If I am a hardgainer, what can this bodybuilding course do for me?
Among bodybuilders, what is a "hardgainer"?
Simply put, a hardgainer is actually someone who might often be envied by many in today's world.
After all, a hardgainer is someone who is genetically programmed to be naturally thin, but who, as a result, has extreme difficulty achieving even small muscle gains. For the hardgainer, unless he can figure out how to turn that genetic programming to his advantage, life as a bodybuilder is going to be frustrating and unrewarding.
In most instances...
...NO MATTER HOW HARD THE HARDGAINER WORKS OUT, NO MATTER WHAT WORKOUTS HE USES, NO MATTER WHAT SUPPLEMENTS HE TAKES, HE WILL NEVER GAIN THE MUSCLE MASS HE DESIRES!!!
Who is Anthony Ellis and why does his opinion matter?
For starters, Anthony was a skinny young computer geek and a hardgainer. He tried for years to gain muscle mass and nothing seemed to work. Although he carfully followed the instructions of bodybuilding "gurus" he never really gained weight and got the muscular body he dreamed of.
He could have given up, but instead Anthony began a one-man research study on how to make even HIS body respond to exercise and nutrition. Along the way, he discoverd that, among other things, there were four common bodybuilding "must do's" that simply did not work for the hardgainer.
His research must have been effective.
I personally became aware of Anthony Ellis when I viewed "Body of Work" by Bill Phillips, editor of "Muscle Media" magazine and CEO of EAS Sports Nutrition. As a result of being a co-winner of the "Body for Life Challenge" Anthony was also featured in "Muscle Media" and many other bodybuilding magazines. With this exposure, he was able to begin presenting what he had learned in magazine articles, videos, and in person. Eventually, he created "The Hardgainer's Step-by-Step Guide to Building Muscle Mass in which he reveals not only four bodybuilding myths which can actually keep hardgainers from achieving their bodybuilding goals, but offers many other training tips and programs that he has used himself to reach the pinnacle of success in the bodybuilding world.
I think I might be a hardgainer. If I am, what can this bodybuilding course do for me?
Not suprising you should wonder. After all, the other bodybuilding courses you have tried did not work, so what makes this one different?
Amost all bodybuilding courses are presented by successful bodybuilders and/or their trainers. Here's the problem...
...ALMOST ALL SUCCESSFUL BODYBUILDERS ARE NOT HARDGAINERS...THEY ALREADY HAVE THE GENETIC MAKE UP THAT ALLOWS THEM TO GAIN THE MUSCLE MASS THEY NEED!!
Since first learning about Anthony Ellis when he was a co-winner of the 1997 "Body for Life Challenge", sponsored by Bill Phillips, CEO of EAS at the time, I have loosely followed his bodybuilding career.and was pleasantly surprised to come across his bodybuilding course for hardgainers. Even a quick scan of the website reveals several important training facts that the hardgainer can put into action right away.
The Hardgainer's Step-by-Step Guide to Building Muscle Mass contains over 200 pages of material, including facts on exercises for hardgainers, nutrition for hardgainers, supplements for hardgainers, and a wide range of training and lifestyle tips. It is available as an instantly downloadable ebook or in hard copy form delivered to your address. It has been endorsed not only by many successful users, but by such well-known mainstream bodybuilders and fitness trainers as Tom Venuto, champion natural bodybuilder, certified fitness trainer, and author of Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, one of the most succesful fat loss programs available.
