How to Lose Belly Fat

One of the most frustrating things for people trying to lose weight, get physically fit, or both, is figuring out how to lose belly fat.
Ask almost any bodybuilder, fitness trainer, or just somebody who has, "been there, done that", and they will tell you that losing that fat around the middle is probably the hardest task of any fitness or weight loss program.
In a way, that's not surprising. The body, like some inventory systems, uses a "first in, last out" program for fat distribution.
As we gain excess body fot, one of the first places it winds up is on and around our belly.
Two obvious things you will have to do, of course, is do some specific exercises which target belly fat, and change your eating habits so as to help your body burn excess belly fat.
